The PROCESSING module combines the middle and back office functionalities.
The Middle Office establishes the link between the Front and the Back, thus, it controls and validates the processing chain of an operation, it follows the cash flow of the day and the forecast of the funds, it carries out the reconciliation of the Front and Back office positions of portfolios as well as the reconciliation of positions versus the brokers and controls the net asset values. Once an operation is validated by the Middle Office, it lands in the Back Office to be included in the portfolio’s accounting. The Back Office, for its part, mainly manages administrative tasks.
